Don Jacobson has spent more than 50 years counseling and coaching parents and kids. Don is an educator, clergyman, and much sought-after speaker, having spoken on the subject of family values in most of the states of the US, across Canada, and in scores of venues overseas. He holds an earned doctorate from Howard University in Washington, DC, and has taught on university campuses in the DC-area as well as in Michigan, Ohio, and Singapore. Don's third book, Rare Kids; Well Done, dealing with the development of moral values in children, is slated for release early in 2011. He has written scores of articles for educational and religious journals and currently writes a monthly column for a Christian journal in the Midwest and a weekly column on parenting for his hometown newspaper in north Georgia. Don is founder and president of Tomorrow Looks Good...drug free, a high-energy, non-profit organization that searches out, distributes, and broadcasts compelling evidence that the future can be a great place to go if illegal drug use doesn't go with you. He is also a member of the American Christian Leadership Council. Don brings a wealth of experience in the teaching of parenting skills and an extensive background in biblical studies to family ministry. He is a pastor, former seminary professor, a certified parenting coach, and dean of the John Rosemond Leadership Parenting Institute.
