2. Refrigerator Bread-and-Butter Pickles or Relish
Combine in a 1-quart large mouth jar
Fill jar with sliced cucumbers and press down in the brine to fill the jar. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. For relish, drain off liquid and put pickles through food grinder or processor. If desired, fold in desired amount of Mustard.
