1. Coleslaw Dressing
Blend in a blender till creamy:
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 cup; water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup Mori-Nu firm tofu
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Mix well. Store in the refrigerator.
